PROFILE
Lian-an Yang, an associate professor of Geographic information system in the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, received doctoral degree from College of Resources and Environment of Zhejiang University in 1995. And then, He worked in Northwest University as a lecturer, and worked in University of Salzburg of Austria as a visiting scholar during period 1999-2000. He has written nearly 60 journal articles and international conference papers. His experiences and interests as teacher, researcher and consultant in GIS, precision agriculture, soil geography, soil fertilizer, land use and land cover and environmental sciences.
