Introduction
Yanfen He, female, Ph.D, is an associate professor in College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Northwest University, engaged in study and education of application of remote sensing of resources and enviroment and geographic information system(GIS), and thoeratic geography. She has participated two knowledge innovation important researches, which were‘Potential,stability and safety of environment of agricultural eco-system in Northeast Black-soil belt(KZCX2—SW—416)’ and ‘mechanism and technical for adjustment and controlling water and soil resources for agriculture development in Northeast Region(KZCX1—SW—19)’, and one research subsidized by National Natural Foundation, which was ‘environment effect and model of respond of peasant houshold in ecological fragile area(40601005)’, and two researches subsidized by department of education in Shaaxi Province., and has publicated more than 20 reserach papers.
